As you may have learned by now I specialise in teaching people how to pay off their mortgage quickly by helping you choose the most suitable homeloan product, combined with my unique Home Loan Reduction Strategy.
I have to admit I am not for everyone as I do not promote products with the cheapest interest rate although the products I do promote are far from the most expensive. The goal here is to find the right balance.
And unfortunately I cannot help everyone…
So I don’t waste your time, I am going to detail some simple criteria that if you roughly fit into then more than likely I will be able to assist you.
Home Loan Perth – Lending Criteria:
- Home Loan is greater than $250,000
- Gross Annual Income is greater than $70,000 (can be combined if two applicants)
- Loan Amount is less than 88% Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) E.g. $500,000 (Value of your home) less 12% = $440,000 (Maximum Loan Amount)
- You are buying a home to live OR your first investment property
- You are refinancing your current Home Loan to consolidate debts like Credit Cards & Personal Loans
- You are refinancing your current Home Loan to release equity to renovate, buy a car, take a holiday or have available funds to purchase an investment property
- Aged between 25 and 50
Why have I got an age limit on my Lending Criteria?
My goal is to teach people how to repay their home loan in half the amount of time than normal with the aim to be debt free before you retire. If you are aged 50 and below then I can help you be debt free before you turn 65!
